<Poem>

<Translation>
In other years the La occurs long before warm weather; This year the
thaw has begun with this festival day. The day lilies are whiter than the
snow that is gone; The willow shoots have stolen a march on the light
of the spring. I shall arrange for a good drinking party in the evening
Now that the brillant Court audience is over and I am on my way home
With the facial creams and lotions- tokens of Imperial grace- Dispensed
in jars of silver and bottles of green jade from the heavenly palace.
